BIOIKOS (ISSN 0102-9568), is a biannual journal from the Biological Sciences School of the Life Sciences Center, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. It was founded in 1987.

MISSÃO
It has as objective to promote and disseminate the scientific and technical knowledge in various areas of biology, especially Botany, Ecology, Zoology and Fishing Resources, as well as discuss the significance of practice, whether in the professional field, is in the research through publications of originals.
